Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for US, 1-3 business days for express shipping and next day for overnight shipping (US orders only).

How Can I Check The Status of My Order
We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use several shipping companies to ship in the US, to better suit the needs of the customer. If you need to make changes to your address, please contact customer service at eadwardro@gmail.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.
How Do I Track My Order

What Happens If I Order And It Is Out Of Stock
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your original method of payment for the value of the item within 5-7 business days.
There Is A Problem With My Shipment, What Do I Do
If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier may need to update your address which may result in an upcharge. Eadward Ro is not responsible for paying the upcharge.
Note: To avoid the upcharge ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick.
My Order Never Arrives- Lost or Stolen Shipment Issue
Please contact eadwardro@gmail.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
